Different arenas. Same discipline.
Read this as a résumé of pivots and you'll miss the point. Developing people and proving performance has been my single line of work from the beginning — coaching it, teaching it, building the platforms for it, and finally founding a company on it. The investments? That's where I held my own decisions to the same standard I hold everyone else's: show me the numbers.
MaxTrackIt
MaxTrackIt is the culmination of everything before it — a six-module suite built to help multi-location businesses train their teams, win more, and prove it. The spine of the platform is the closed loop I've believed in my whole career: evaluate → train → re-evaluate.
On the people side: Forge (learning with an AI course builder and AI roleplay assessment), Pulse (performance evaluation and customer experience measurement), and Anchor (policy and accountability). On the growth side: Sonar, Helm, and Beacon for opportunity intelligence, pipeline, and marketing. The premise is simple: completion isn't comprehension — multiple choice asks if they read it; roleplay asks if they get it.

The Training Factor
The Training Factor was my corporate training business — hands-on skill development for real teams, delivered by someone who had to make payroll on the results. It grounded me in the difference between training that fills a calendar and training that changes what happens on the floor the next day.
The hard-won lesson: adults learn by doing, being coached, and being held accountable — the same way performers do. That conviction shaped every learning system I've built since.
Celebrity Ballroom
Celebrity Ballroom was my education in performance itself. Ballroom is the most honest feedback system there is: you practice, you're coached, you perform, and the floor tells the truth in front of everyone.
As a business, it taught me service operations, client experience, and how to take a complete beginner and coach them — step by step, with structure and encouragement — into someone who can perform under pressure. Every training philosophy I hold traces back to that floor.
Real Estate Investing
Real estate taught me to underwrite reality. Every property is an operating business — with income, expenses, risks, and people — and the investors who win are the ones who run honest numbers before they fall in love with a deal.
It sharpened the analytical side of how I consult today: due diligence, cash-flow thinking, risk management, and the patience to let a system compound instead of chasing the quick win.
Stock & Portfolio Management
Managing stock positions is where discipline gets stress-tested daily. The market doesn't reward conviction without evidence — it rewards a system: defined entries and exits, position sizing, honest reviews of what worked and what didn't.
It's the purest version of a belief that runs through all my work: measure performance against the plan, let the data overrule the emotion, and treat every result — win or lose — as information for the next decision.
L&D Development
Beyond delivering training, I've spent years building the infrastructure of learning itself — learning management systems, structured course libraries, certification tracks, policy and compliance workflows, and onboarding programs designed to get new hires productive fast.
Building an LMS that trainers genuinely enjoyed using taught me that adoption is the whole game: the best learning system is the one people actually use. That platform experience is the engineering backbone behind MaxTrackIt today.
